Biography
Assistant Professor of Finance at COPPEAD/UFRJ. She holds a BA in Economics from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV) and a MSc from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (UFJF) and a PhD in Business from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), where she holds a Post-Doctoral. She was a Visiting Scholar in the Finance Department at McCombs School, University of Texas at Austin. She taught at the Executive MBA in Business Administration: Business in the Electricity Sector at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), which she was also coordinator of. She worked for 5 years as an energy researcher at the FGV Energia research center. She has presented papers at important national and international conferences, as well as published articles in leading journals.
